Digital Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our digital team. You must be an outstanding communicator with excellent organisation and administrative skills, with the ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment while building successful relationships with clients.

As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for project managing a full spectrum of digital channels including websites, CMS, mobile technology, social media, PPC, SEO, video production and email campaigns. You will liaise with clients to ensure they are aware of the company’s integrated online and offline offering – requiring your excellent ability to present ideas.

Your key performance indicators would be based on:

  • Organic account development through building relationships
  • Understanding clients’ businesses and their needs
  • Taking briefs from clients, costing up and briefing projects to the creative team
  • Managing projects from start to finish ensuring quality, timeliness and budget adherence.

Daily duties include:

  • Client handling
  • Supervising and motivating
  • Producing quotations and proposals
  • Managing budgets and timelines
  • Proof reading
  • Quality control
  • Project management
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Team player
