2017 in Review
2017 was a discovery year for Vivid. We saw the economic uncertainty of the referendum vote in the second half 2016 and eloquently punched our way through 2017 with a new team and a new imperative – to deliver sustainable business gains for our clients, to drive efficiency from within and to ensure the journey we share is much prized.
We also saw a clear shift in client focus, towards much more tangible and KPI focused activities. Our Google Partnership status has helped us deliver some incredible results for our clients – many of them seeing their businesses and brands grow exponentially, driving further marketing investment based on strong ROI.
We secured some notable new contracts with Pyronix to deliver a global, multilingual website, a strategic re-brand of the much revered National Mountain Sports Centre funded by Sport England, the launch of Inpro into Europe and the Middle East, the launch of the new Gallery kitchen brand for Symphony Group and a pivotal brand launch for Providore corporate hampers and gifting.

We’ve also created a new strategic partnership with a network of over 1,000 businesses which has opened doors to many amazing brands up and down the country. We’re helping our clients sell Grand Pianos, Pallet Racking and Automotive Paints, very much keeping us on our toes and stretching our knowledge base further into new, competitive industries.
We’ve up-skilled the team with specific training, attaining UXQB certification. CPUX – Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience. CPUX is an international standard for the qualification of industry professionals. Further we have focused and honed our digital offer towards PHP (Drupal, Magento and WordPress) development and adopted the most up to date and robust coding techniques to advance usability, security and longevity of our source code. We have also widened our skills base to include photography, video and animation, creating some very compelling show-reels for clients.

2018 looks to be a very exciting year with GDPR upon us and we carry forward our recognition as The Drum Top 100 Independent Agencies and we look forward to continuing our journey with our current and future clients.
