BD Surgery Supplies and RJ Surgery Supplies were two independent, sister businesses operating in the North and South of England respectively.
Initially, we delivered a marketing strategy with BD, which culminated in the overall recommendation of consolidating both brands to master the surgery supplies market.
We ‘carefully delivered’ and launched a new brand called Surgery Express which appealed to surgeries, nationwide. The project was a clinical success, led to rapid growth and led to their acquisition by a leading competitor.
