You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a clients’ portfolio and their SEO campaigns from start to finish (strategy, implementation, analysis) with some understanding of the Paid Media scope.

Working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing you will help develop the department by overseeing junior team members, overall marketing strategy implementation, and efficiency development. This means we will need you to be proactive with the lookout for new techniques, tools and information that can help with the department and agency growth.

In exchange, we will give you the chance to really own your campaigns, as well as to take the time to teach you how to understand and use multiple marketing channels. We will then support your professional development, helping you move into your specialism, management or perhaps develop into something even broader.

Your Skills & Experience 

• 2 years Organic Search (SEO) and Analytics experience is a must, with some understanding of other channels
• An agency background is an advantage but not essential so must be comfortable working with continuous change in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Honest, trustworthy and reliable
• Hard working, passionate, driven and absolutely love what they do
• Someone who is ambitious, hungry to develop their skills and grow with the business
• Have an enthusiasm to work with clients rather than avoid them

Key Responsibilities

• Thorough audits in order to identify issues impacting a site’s performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• In-depth keyword research, competitor audits and search intent research to inform client strategies
• Assist with new business through the creation of high impact audits for prospective clients
• Conducting link audits to identify potential weaknesses and opportunities and to gain an understanding of the competitive landscape
• Performing content reviews and analysis, highlighting content to be developed and developing content briefs
• Support with Organic and Paid Social campaigns
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of SEO best practices, sharing knowledge across the team where applicable
