Consolidating two successful surgery supplies companies and launching a new national brand was the big outcome of our strategy for two SME business owners.
Having undertaken an in-depth brand review for two leading surgery supplies companies it was clear that an opportunity existed to merge and create one national brand. Historically both brands created their own marketing materials. This lead to a lack of brand consistency across the marketing material. We devised a new trading name and brand identity, Surgery Express.
Following an in-depth financial audit of the business and product category sales performance we identified the core areas of focus to maximise growth and profitability. This formed the backbone of our communication strategy that we have rolled-out over the last three years. As a direct result of our intervention the brand is enjoying a national reputation and has opened up new markets into the dental and veterinary sectors.
