You will be working closely with the digital marketing, web development, creative and customer services teams, across multiple client projects at any one time. You will have proven experience in commercially focused PPC campaigns. You should be well versed with the technical, strategic and analytical aspects of digital marketing. You must be willing to learn new approaches and methods.


  • Minimum 2 years agency or client-side experience in paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Extensive experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (search, display, shopping and videoads) for client brands.
  • Good experience of managing social media ads (Facebook / Instagram particularly)
  • Personal qualification in Google Analytics and / or Google Ads (search minimum)
  • Experience of Google Data Studio report creation
  • Strong understanding of different campaign objectives and attribution models
  • Strong ad copywriting and optimisation skills
  • A good understanding of audience and market segmentation
  • Ability to quickly switch context and manage concurrent projects


  • An existing portfolio of strong commercial PPC case studies
  • Experience with Google Data Studio reporting
  • Fluency in any major languages (particularly French, German and Spanish)
  • Ability and desire to keep up to date with best-practice standards and methodology
  • Strong analytical mind and focus on delivering measurable results


  • Ability to explain technical information in a client friendly non-jargonistic way
  • Strong desire to solve problems or have foresight to flag them up before they present
  • Display an attention to detail in all aspects of work, from campaign planning to reporting
  • Willingness to become the champion of the client’s business and goals
  • Display confidentiality at all times with regards to Vivid and client business
  • Take part in daily stand-up meetings to report activity, progress and issues
  • Ability to hit deadlines and work within agreed budgets
  • Build and drive your relationship with key contacts in the busines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners
