Pyronix is a world-leading manufacturer of electronic security equipment for use in residential, commercial and industrial applications in the intruder alarm market.
Vivid were approached to create a new global web platform to cater for installers, distributers and end users. The system is designed to be flexible for multiple regions and product markets, whilst providing a consistent user experience, global customer login and access permission levels for both customers and content managers.
The website features hundreds of products, thousands of documents and serves 40,000+ registered users, which were all seamlessly migrated from the previous website.
Leading the strategy with an insight and analytics driven design process, Vivid produced a fully responsive, mobile-first design with a modular CMS page builder for custom landing pages and full multi-lingual support.
The platform architecture gives the client a central datastore for efficiently managing content across multiple regional sites, whilst providing the flexibility to tailor products and content at a market and local level.
Essential to a smooth re-launch and good user experience, Vivid and Pyronix worked together to seamlessly migrate 40,000+ user accounts, enabling existing users of the old platform to log in to the new platform without a break in service or the need to re-register.
Our domain strategy and SEO launch testing and optimisation carried out by our Google Certified team ensured that maximum search visibility and traffic was retained and leveraged from the moment the global web platform launched.
Following the launch of the new regional websites, comparing the 30 days post launch to the previous website’s performance; engagement statistics were all positive:
# Pages/Session increase of 35.53%
# Avg. Session Duration increase of 23.29%
# Bounce Rate down 23.95%
