Caffia Coffee Group is a family-run business offering a range of coffee machines and grinders for offices and businesses. When the country was forced into lockdown, the majority of their customers were forced to close their premises and work from home. It presented a new challenge – Caffia now needed to connect with the consumer market.
Vivid designed, developed and launched a consumer-facing e-commerce website within two weeks, supported by social media and paid search advertising campaigns. We created 239% more web enquiries.

Refocus and sell
Vivid worked closely with Caffia to help refocus their B2B offering to reach the consumer market. It was clear we could adapt to suit the household market with scaled down product quantities and accessories.
The new website was intended as a short-term measure to support their operations during the pandemic. But such was its success, it’s now viewed as another branch to the business and is expected to grow further over the coming months.



Consumer recognition
To further support the consumer offering, Vivid has produced branded materials such as discount vouchers, packaging and labels, to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen recognition of the Caffia brand.
